We bought a house.

My boyfriend and I bought this house in April 2012. When we saw the pictures online we knew we were going to love it, and sure enough, once we got inside we knew it was the house for us.
This picture really doesn't do it justice, especially now that the garden is growing and the trees are leafing out. Inside it's all angles and windows and openness.

Again, the pictures can't do it justice. Especially with my awesome picture-taking skills. This is the living room, where you can see the angled ceiling and window, the loft-style upstairs hallway, open stair case, and my boyfriend holding my purse. He's awesome like that.
We have dreams for this place. Big ones and little ones. I'm hoping to use this blog as a means to chronicle our adventure in home ownership. Hopefully I can share all the laughter, tears, frustrations, and inspirations that we discover along the way. Welcome to The Great Home Adventure!
